Hi from Evin, ICTC founder & Camp director :)
I'm a former theater-kid who grew up, left her first love behind, and has spent many years now belting (off tune) in my car and sitting in audiences with teary eyes of joy and nostalgia.
Musical theater makes my soul feel ALIVE, and while I'm always blown away by the skill and talent of professional performers, what really does it for me are the elements that are accessible to all of us.
〜 It's the connection to ourselves and one another.
〜It's the chills and liberation we feel when our voices come together in harmony.
〜It's the permission to try things on, be silly, messy, imperfect, to celebrate our authenticity, our inner weirdos, our humanity.
〜It's the safe, supportive space to set down our grown-up worries, perfectionism & productivity, to get off our freakin' phones and just PLAY!!!
Inner Child Theater Camp has been brewing inside of me for years as a culmination of my work as a self love & empowerment coach, retreat facilitator, and, of course, the 8 year old theater nerd who is always with me.
This community is for ALL of us; I truly cannot wait to welcome you to camp! 🥹
